Privacy notice

Last updated: 13 October 2026

This notice explains what Numersa Ltd ("Numersa", "we") does with the details you give us when you join the early-access list on numersa.com, and with what we measure about how the site is used.

Who we are

Numersa Ltd is the controller of your personal data. You can contact us at hello@numersa.com.

What we collect

When you submit the early-access form we store:

Why we collect it

We use it to contact you about Numersa's early-access programme and to understand what finance teams need, so we can shape the product. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your details.

Bot protection

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is submitting it. Turnstile processes technical information about your browser and device to do this. Cloudflare does not use this information for advertising. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Analytics

We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to see how visitors use the home page, so we can improve it. It records page views, clicks, how far you scroll, page performance, and a recording of how the page moved while you used it. Recordings never show what you type into the form, and the email address you sign up with is never sent to PostHog. PostHog receives your IP address so it can work out your approximate location. Nothing is stored on your device for this, and each visit is counted on its own, so we cannot recognise you when you return. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used. You can object by emailing us, or block it with your browser's tracking protection. See PostHog's privacy policy.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing. It is stored in a database hosted by DigitalOcean in London, and the website is delivered through Cloudflare. Analytics are processed by PostHog in the EU. All three act as our processors.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until early access opens and for 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Analytics data, including recordings, is kept in PostHog for one year and then deleted.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@numersa.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Cookies

The public website sets no cookies of its own, and its analytics store nothing on your device.
